Unfinished Business:

• Closed session regarding Mr. Paven’s claim of damages to his bee colony after we sprayed herbicide on the easement in front of this house.

New Business:

1. Rotating board positions for familiarization/President work load
2. Composing an information letter for the property owners.
3. Posting a notice on the website for weed spraying.
4. Easement encroachment on 270 Salmon Ct., Lot 777
5. Fall at the mailbox at 620 Black Creek Dr.
6. J R Steele of Calaveras County claims Tuni Ct belongs to RRCSD.
7. Abandoned auto on our easement 2931 Canoe St.
8. Locating invoices from check 3951 thru 3987
9. Crack sealing discussion
10. Board members bring other locations to next meeting to make complete list of repairs needed.
11. Change hours of meeting from 6:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
